Final sale or clearance items
Any item worn, damaged, or altered

Ship the item
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund issued
After inspection, approved refunds post within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
You have 48 hours from delivery to report an issue. After this window, we may not be able to assist.
We're always happy to resolve issues directly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — doing so without reaching out first may delay your resolution.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to share order confirmation, delivery proof, and policy agreement with your financial institution.
